Research into Nikon D3200

The Nikon D3200 is the SLR that I will be using for my photo shoot. To enhance my understanding of the camera I have researched into it so I can produce a wide range of high-quality images. I have used http://cdn-10.nikon-cdn.com/pdf/manuals/dslr/D3200_EN.pdf to acquire the information about this SLR.

"Scene Modes":

  • Additionally to this there is also the auto and flash off mode. - Flash off mode will be used for when I do not want the camera's flash in the image.
  • For my photo shoot I will be most likely using Auto, Flash Off, Portrait and the Landscape mode (for taking images of the location).
Recording:
  • I intend to post a blog post on my chosen locations for my photo shoots. So I have decided to record the surroundings on the SLR. To do this I need to learn how to record.
  • By using the guide from the internet I have found that I need to start the camera as usual, pick my mode and then press the button with the red dot on the top part of the camera. This will then start to record. To stop recording I need to press the same button once more.
Apart from these aspects, I believe that the SLR is fairly easy to use as I have used similar cameras to this one. So therefore I don't need to research into the basics of this SLR.
